【摘要】 目的研究制定白芷提取物中欧前胡素含量测定方法,并对其不同提取工艺,进行评价性质量分析。方法以欧前胡素为指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定其含量;比较水提醇沉法、pH 8～9氨水提取醇沉法、pH 8～9氨水提取法、60%乙醇超声提取法和60%乙醇加热回流法等不同工艺的差异。结果 60%乙醇加热回流法欧前胡素含量较高,欧前胡素含量在2.5110～160.701μg范围里呈较好的线性关系;欧前胡素的回收率为98.07%。结论 60%乙醇加热回流法工艺所得白芷提取物中欧前胡素含量较高,欧前胡素转移率最高,提取方法合理、可行、效率高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for content determination of the Imperatorin in the Angelicae Dahuricae Radix Extracts and make evaluative analysis among different extraction techniques.Methods Taking Imperatorin as a index,we use HPLC to determine its content.Then compare the difference among Water extraction-Alcohol precipitation,pH8-9 Ammonia water extraction-Alcohol precipitation,pH8-9 Ammonia water extraction,60% Alcohol Ultrasound extraction and,60% Alcohol Heating reflux method.Result The content of the Imperatorin from 60% Alcohol Heating reflux method is the higher.In the range of 2.5110~160.701μg,the Imperatorin shows a good linear relationship.The recovery of the Imperatorin is 98.07%.Conclusion The content of the Imperatorin from 60% Alcohol Heating reflux method,is the higher and the transfer rate is the highest.The 60% Alcohol Heating reflux method is reasonable,feasible and efficient.更多还原
