【摘要】 目的观察锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的临床疗效。方法 2011年10月至2012年12月采用锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折患者30例,年龄40~75岁,平均55.5岁。均为单侧新鲜骨折,左侧12例,右侧18例。致伤原因:交通伤10例,高处坠落伤15例,摔伤5例。按照Neer分型:三部分骨折19例,四部分骨折11例。受伤至手术时间:1~5d,平均3d。合并症:肩关节脱位10例,骨质疏松症15例。结果所有患者骨折均愈合,骨折愈合时间7~13周,平均7.5周。至随访结束时未发生内固定松动、断裂,肱骨头坏死及骨折畸形愈合等并发症。末次随访时患者Constant-Murley评分为70~85分,平均78分。结论应用锁定加压钢板治疗治疗肱骨外科颈骨折操作简单,疗效确定,术后并发症少,对于合并骨质疏松的老年患者尤为适用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the locking compression plate clinical efficacy for the treatment of humeral surgical neck fractures.Methods From October 2011 to December 2012 using locking compression plate fixation of humeral surgical neck fractures in 30 patients,aged 40 to 75 years,an average of 55.5 years.Were unilateral fresh fractures,12 cases,the left and right side of the 18 cases.The causes of injury: 10 cases of traffic injuries,falls from a height 15 cases of injury,a fall of five cases.The three-part fractures in 19 cases,according to the Neer classification: four-part fractures of 11 cases.Injury to surgery time: 1~5 d,an average of 3 days.Complications: 10 cases of shoulder dislocation,15 cases of osteoporosis.Results All patients fracture healing,fracture healing time of 7 to 13 weeks,with an average of 7.5 weeks.To follow-up did not occur at the end of the internal fixation loosening,fracture,humeral head necrosis and malunion complications.Last follow-up in patients with Constant-Murley score 70 to 85 points,an average of 78 points.Conclusions Application lock the pressure plate in the treatment of humeral surgical neck fractures simple operation,determine the efficacy,fewer complications,and is particularly applicable in elderly patients with osteoporosis.更多还原
