【摘要】 目的分析给予髋关节置换术患者全麻和腰硬联合麻醉的临床疗效。方法选取进行髋关节置换术的患者80例,分为观察组与对照组。给予对照组全麻,给予观察组腰硬联合麻醉,对比麻醉效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组的麻醉药用量、清醒时间均有所下降,存在差异,P<0.05。结论给予髋关节置换术患者腰硬联合麻醉,能够使患者维持正常血液动力学,疗效显著,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze to hip replacement patients with general anesthesia and waist hard combined anesthesia clinical curative effect.Methods Selected 80 cases of patients with total hip arthroplasty,divided into the observation group and control group.Given general anesthesia group,give the observation group waist hard combined anesthesia,contrast anesthetic effect.Results Compared with control group,the observation of the drug dosage,awake time are declined,differences,P<0.05.Conclusion To give hip replacement patients waist hard combined anesthesia,can make patients maintain normal blood dynamics,curative effect is distinct,worthy of promotion.更多还原
