【摘要】 目的研究老年人胃癌的临床病理特点,有利于早期的诊断和治疗。方法对180例老年胃癌患者进行回顾性分析,对患者进行内镜检查和病理检查。结果老年患者的胃癌临床表现主要是腹饱胀或不适、体型消瘦、贫血等。通常老年人主要的病变部位是贲门,以BorrmannⅢ型居多,根据病理检查结果发现,患者多为低分化型管状腺癌,根据国际TNM分期,患者多Ⅲ期。结论准确有效快速的认识老年人胃癌的临床病理特点,有助于早早期的诊断和治疗,提高患者的存活率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze clinical and pathologic charactefisgcs of gastric cancer in old patients.Methodse A retrospective analysis cancer patients in elderly patients admitted to the clinical data of 70 patients.Patients require endoscopy and pathological examination.Resultse The old patients had a higher percentage of abdominal fullness or discomfort,body weight loss,anemia.In the old age group,large amount of cancers were found in cardia,and mostly Borrmann Ⅲ type.According to the results of the pathological examination,many patients were poorly differentiated tubular adenocarcinoma,and according to the international TNM staging,many patients were multi-stage Ⅲ.Conclusionse We need to quickly and accurately recognize elderly clinical and pathological features of gastric cancer.These findings have important implications for the screening and diagnosis of gastric earlier in the elderly.更多还原
