【摘要】 目的探讨手术治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床疗效。方法 52例腰椎间盘突出患者,13例行开窗术,15例行全椎板切除,24例行半椎板切除。结果症状基本消除40例,明显好转12例,随访30例,优良率95%。结论手术治疗腰椎间盘突出疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 52 cases with lumbar disc herniation were included,13 cases received fenestration,15 cases received laminectomy excision,24 cases received semi-laminectomy.Results There were 40 cases symptoms eliminated and significant improved in 12 cases.The excellent rate was 95% with 30 cases of follow-ups.Conclusion Lumbar disc herniation surgery was safe and effective更多还原
