【摘要】 目的比较喉罩麻醉与气管插管麻醉在婴儿麻醉中的效果。方法挑选在我院进行手术的婴幼儿患者74例,随机分为A和B两组,每组平均为37例。A组患儿使用喉罩麻醉法,而B组患儿则采用传统的气管插管麻醉,比较两组的麻醉效果。结果 A组患儿的麻醉效果比B组理想,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患儿的拔管时间和清醒时间比A组要短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在婴儿的手术中采用喉罩麻醉方式能够显著提高麻醉效果,并且缩短拔管时间和清醒时间,值得临床推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect of the laryngeal mask anesthesia and tracheal intubation anesthesia in infant anesthesia.Methods 74 infant patients were randomly divided into two groups of A and B.A group used the laryngeal mask anesthesia and B group used the traditional tracheal intubation anesthesia,then to compare the effect of these two anesthesia methods.Results The anesthetic effect of A group is better than B group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using laryngeal mask anesthesia in the operation of infants can significantly improve the anesthetic effect,is worthy of promotion and application of.更多还原
