‘Yongtian 7’is a melon variety with crisp flesh. The fruit is ellipse in shape with single weight of about 1.8 kg. The rind is white and netted densely,flesh is orange. It is of high edible quality with crisp and soft. The Brix in the central part of fruit is over 15%.‘Yongtian 7’has good resistant to gummy stem blight,which is suitable for facilities cultivation in spring and fall in east China with average produce 16.2–36.5 t·hm-2 .
