基于PVDF薄膜的水中冲击波压力测量技术
Measurement of Underwater Shock Waves Pressure with PVDF Film
【摘要】 介绍了基于PVDF(polyvinylidene fluoride,聚偏二氟乙烯)薄膜的一种水中冲击波压力测量技术。利用有机玻璃防护结构,采用压接方式引出PVDF薄膜电极,制备了PVDF水中冲击波压力传感器。采用对比法校准PVDF水中冲击波压力传感器的灵敏度系数,并开展了水中冲击波压力场测试,取得良好的测试结果。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces the technology for measuring the pressure of underwater shock waves with PVDF film.The electrodes of PVDF film are connected with cable through contact mode on organic glass frame,and the sensitivity of PVDF sensor is got by compari- son calibration.PVDF sensors are used in the measurement of underwater shock waves pres- sure field,and good results are obtained.
