【摘要】 本文论述了两淮盐政中法律体系的特点,简要介绍了几种主要法律的内容。其中《吏部处分例》涉及的对象是各种盐务官员;《户部盐法》中既有对盐务官员的考成,又有产盐、销盐过程中必须遵守的规则,还规定了两淮海盐的销售引地、每引重量、征课银数、行盐方式;《私盐罪名》主要内容为禁贩私盐;《保甲法》则是为了强化对灶民的控制。此外,还对清代两淮盐政中法律体系予以评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 the article briefly discuss the feature legal system of the Liang Huai salt policy and give a introduction on the content of Several major laws.The Punishment Law of Officers in which involved is various salt officers;The Salt Law in the Ministry of Revenue which has the assessment of salt officers,the regulation in salt production and marketing,other provision about Liang Huai sea-salt such as district,weight,taxation and ways in the salt marketing;The Accusation of Private Salt,which mainly stipulate the ban of private salt;The Law of Baojia,which strengthens the domination of Kitchen workers.in addition,this article give a comment on legal system of the Liang Huai salt policy.更多还原
