【摘要】 目的客观评估我院近三年来麻醉药品使用情况,为临床应用提供依据。方法对我院2010～2012年麻醉药品用量、金额、用药频度进行统计、排序和分析。结果我院麻醉药物所占药品比例逐渐上升,芬太尼针、吗啡控释片及芬太尼贴剂用量及用药频次最高。结论我院麻醉药品的使用基本合理,符合管理规定,无滥用现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the usage circumstance and consumption trend of narcotic in our hospital to provide basis for management and rational use of narcotic drugs.Methods We accumulated and sort the data of narcotics in our hospital from 2010 to 2012,and did the statistical analysis from the dosage,price and DDDs.Results The consumption of narcotic drugs increased gradually every year in our hospita1.Fentanyl Injection,Morphine controlled release tablets and fentanyl transversal system are the top three drugs of the consumption and DDDs.Conclusion The use of narcotics is generally rational,accords with regulation and without abuse phenomenon.更多还原
