【摘要】 目的:了解我院肿瘤患者化疗药使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:随机抽取我院2012年200例肿瘤患者化疗病例,对其中不合理用药情况进行点评、分析。结果:共有44例患者存在用药不合理现象,主要表现为适应证不适宜、用药顺序错误、用法与用量不适宜及化疗方案不合理。结论:我院肿瘤患者化疗药不合理使用现象较为普遍,临床药师应及时将点评结果反馈给临床,对不合理用药行为进行干预与提醒,共同促进药物合理使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the use of chemotherapeutic drugs for patients with tumor in our hospital so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs. METHODS: 200 medical records of patients with tumor were randomly sampled in 2012 from our hospital for evaluation and analysis regarding the irrational prescriptions.RESULTS: Irrational drug use was noted in 44 cases,which manifested as improper in indications,wrong order in drug administration, improper in usage & dosage or irrational in chemotherapy regimen. CONCLUSION: The phenomenon of irrational use of chemotherapeutic drugs was very common in our hospital. Clinical pharmacists should timely report the results of prescription comment to clinicians meanwhile providing intervention and warning on their irrational drug use behavior so as to promote rational use of drugs together with clinicians.更多还原
