【摘要】 目的:通过监测患者丙戊酸血药浓度,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法:采用柱前衍生-高效液相色谱法对162例次癫痫患者服用丙戊酸钠进行血药浓度监测,并对结果进行回顾性分析。结果:83例次监测结果在有效浓度范围(50～100 mg/L)内,占总例次数的51.2%;低于治疗浓度范围下限(<50 mg/L)的63例次,占总例次数的38.9%;高于治疗浓度范围上限(>100mg/L)的16例次,占总例次数的9.9%。结论:丙戊酸血药浓度个体差异大,监测患者丙戊酸血药浓度十分必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To monitor the plasma concentration of valproic acid in patients so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of drug.METHODS:The serum concentrations of valproic acid of 162 cases were determined by pre-column derivatization-high performance liquid chromatography,and the results were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS:The monitoring results were within the effective concentration range(50-100 mg/L) in 83 cases(51.2%),below the therapeutic concentration range lower limit(<50 mg/L) in 63 cases(38.9%) and higher than the therapeutic concentration range upper limit(> 100 mg/L) in 16 cases(9.9%).CONCLUSION:There were big individual differences in terms of the plasma concentration of valproic acid,thus monitoring of plasma concentration of valproic acid is necessary.更多还原
