【摘要】 目的:观察复方氟米松软膏联合盐酸西替利嗪片治疗慢性湿疹的疗效。方法:将入选患者以随机抽样法分为2组,每组各50例。治疗组每日早晚各1次给予复方氟米松软膏外搽;对照组每日早晚各1次给予卤米松乳膏外搽。另外,2组均同时口服盐酸西替利嗪片10 mg,1次/d,疗程共28 d;分别于治疗2周和4周后观察疗效。结果:治疗2周后,治疗组有效率(30/50,60.00%)与对照组(26/50,52.00%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,治疗组有效率为88.00%(44/50),对照组为72.00%(36/50),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方氟米松软膏联合盐酸西替利嗪片治疗慢性湿疹疗效好。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of compound flumetasone ointment plus cetirizine hydrochloride tablets in treating chronic eczema.METHODS: The enrolled patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into two groups.50 cases in the treatment group were treated with compound flumetasone ointment(every morning and evening,topically)plus cetirizine hydrochloride tablets(10 mg q.d.orally)for 28 days;while 50 cases in the control group were treated with halometasone cream(q.d,topically)plus cetirizine hydrochloride tablets(10 mg q.d.orally)for 28 days.The clinical efficacy at 2 and 4 weeks of treatment was evaluated.RESULTS: There were no significant differences between the two groups in the effective rates at 2 weeks of treatment(60.00% in the treatment vs.52.00% in the control groups,P>0.05);however,there were significant differences between the two groups in the effective rates at 4 weeks(88.00% vs.72.00%,P<0.05).CONCLUSION: Treatment of chronic eczema with compound flumetasone ointment combined with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets resulted in remarkable efficacy.更多还原
