注射用奥美拉唑钠与维生素B6注射液配伍的稳定性考察

【摘要】 目的:考察注射用奥美拉唑钠与维生素B6注射液配伍的稳定性。方法:模拟临床用药,采用0.9%氯化钠注射液和5%葡萄糖注射液作为注射用奥美拉唑钠与维生素B6注射液的溶剂进行配伍,观察在室温(30℃)条件下放置4 h内不同时间点2种混合配伍溶液的外观、澄明度和pH值变化,并通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)法检测不同时间点混合配伍溶液中主要成分奥美拉唑钠的含量变化。结果:在室温(30℃)条件下,2种药物配伍后外观、澄明度发生明显的变化,且4 h内2种混合配伍溶液中主要成分奥美拉唑钠的含量明显降低。结论:注射用奥美拉唑钠与维生素B6注射液存在配伍禁忌,《400种中西药注射剂临床配伍应用检索表》中关于注射用奥美拉唑钠与维生素B6注射液可配伍标注的准确性值得商榷。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the compatibility stability of omeprazole sodium for injection with vitamin B6 injection.METHODS:By simulating clinical medication,omeprazole Sodium and vitaminB6 were mixed with the solvent of 0.9% Sodium chloride injection and 5% glucose injection.The appearance,clarity and pH changes of the mixture solution within 4 hours under room temperature(30 ℃) at different time points were recorded,and the content of the essential component omeprazole was determined by HPLC.RESULTS:At room temperature,the mixture solution showed obvious change in appearance and clarity,and the content of the essential component omeprazole within 4 hours after mixing decreased significantly.CONCLUSION:Omeprazole sodium injection is incompatible with vitamin B6 injection.The accuracy of the statement that Omeprazole sodium injection is compatible with vitamin B6 injection noted in Retrieval table for Clinical Application Compatibility of 400 TCM and Western Medicine Injections remains to be confirmed.
