【摘要】 目的:评价左氧氟沙星在北京社区卫生服务机构临床应用中的安全性与合理性。方法:采用回顾性方法,选取北京市19家社区卫生服务机构2011年上半年门急诊使用口服或静脉用左氧氟沙星处方9 805张,对左氧氟沙星的应用情况进行统计、分析。结果:北京社区卫生服务机构应用左氧氟沙星广泛,9 805张处方中有5 980张左氧氟沙星使用不合理,不合理现象主要表现为适应证不适宜、联合使用不适宜、配伍禁忌或不良药物相互作用等现象,个别存在不满18岁的青少年使用口服或静脉用左氧氟沙星的情况。结论:北京社区卫生服务机构左氧氟沙星的应用存在不合理现象应引起重视,以确保基层临床用药的安全性和合理性。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the safety and rationality of the application of levofloxacin in Beijing’s community health services.METHODS:Retrospective method is employed in which 9 805 prescriptions of orally or intravenously administered levofloxacin given during the first half of 2011 at emergency rooms or outpatient departments of Beijing’s 19 community health services are collected to analyze the clinical application of this drug.RESULTS:Levofloxacin is widely administered at Beijing’s community health services.There were 5 980 irrational prescriptions in total 9 805 prescriptions.The problems with these prescriptions include inappropriate indications,unsuitable combination of drugs,incompatiability,and adverse side effects from drug interactions.The worst of all is that in some individual cases levofloxacin was even administered to patients under 18.CONCLUSION:More attention should be paid to fact that irrational application of levofloxacin exists in Beijing’s community health services to ensure the safety and rationality of clinical administration of drugs by grass-roots medical staff.更多还原
