【摘要】 目的了解我院质子泵抑制剂(proton pump Inhibitors,PPI)应用情况及趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法回顾性分析2010～2012年我院PPI的销售金额、用药频度(DDD S)及限定日费用(DDC)等情况。结果 2010～2012年我院PPI的总销售金额及总DDD S呈逐年增长趋势;销售金额及DDD S排序居前三位的药品分别是泮托拉唑、奥美拉唑、雷贝拉唑;口服PPI的DDD S构成比较高,应用较多;注射用PPI的销售金额构成比及DDD S构成比逐年增加,应用增长较快。结论我院PPI使用数量及金额逐年增加,应用基本合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status and trend of utilization of proton pump inhibitors( PPI) in our hospital in order to provide the clinical reference for rational drug use. Methods The consumption sum,DDD s,and defined daily cost( DDC) of the PPI drugs in our hospital during 2010-2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The total consumption sum and total DDD S of PPI drugs in our hospital were increased year by year. Pantoprazole,Omepraole,and Rabeprazole were the top three of consumption sum and DDD s.The DDDs,of oral PPI had relatively high proportion. Moreover,the consumption sum and DDD s.of injection PPI were increased year by year and grew rapidly. Conclusion The consumption sum and amount of the PPI agents in our hospital are increased year by year but the application is reasonable.更多还原
