【摘要】 目的探讨超声弹性成像比值法与比例法在诊断乳腺疾病中的价值。方法以手术病理为金标准,对比分析超声弹性成像比值法与比例法诊断乳腺疾病的准确性。结果超声弹性成像比值法诊断乳腺恶性病变的敏感性、特异性和准确度分别为95%、89.92%和92.9%,超声弹性成像比例法诊断乳腺恶性病变的敏感性、特异性和准确度分别为97.5%、81.4%和95.27%;ROC曲线下面积比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.73,95%可信区间为-0.043～0.061)。结论超声弹性成像比值法与比例法诊断乳腺病变准确性无明显差异,两者结合可望提高乳腺良恶性病变诊断的准确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonic elastography ratios method and proportion method in diagnosing of breast diseases.Methods Compared the accuracy of ultrasonic elastography ratios method with proportion method for diagnosing breast diseases using pathology as the golden criteria.Results The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy of ultrasonic elastography ratios method were 95%,89.92%,92.9%,and those of proportion method were 97.5%,81.4%,95.27%,respectively.Conclusion No significant difference in accuacy of ultrasonic elastography ratios method and proportion method in diagnosing of breast diseases.The combination of the two methods can elevate the accuracy for differentiating the benign and malignant breast tumours.更多还原
