【摘要】 目的探讨将临床路径方法应用于中医医院中医护理临床带教中的教学效果。方法选择在我院实习的两所中医院校护理专业实习生102名,按随机数字表法分为试验组50例和对照组52例,选定4个临床科室,每科轮转1个月,进行6项临床最常用的中医护理操作技术的培训与考核。对照组采用传统方法带教,试验组采用中医护理临床路径进行带教;均实习8个月。出科时比较两组理论和技能水平等。结果试验组学生中医理论、技能考核及综合测评成绩、教学质量反馈评价积分均优于对照组;差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论在中医医院中医护理临床带教中应用临床路径方法,可以提高学生理论、技能及综合成绩,提高学生实习满意度和临床教学质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of the Clinic Pathway of teaching nursing in hospitals of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods One hundred two nurse interns of two hospitals of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into 2 groups.Control group(n = 52) received traditional teaching,while experiment group(n = 50) accepted teaching in clinic pathway.Results The TCM theory,skill assessment,comprehensive test and evaluation and quality of teaching of the students in the experiment group had the advantage over the control group.The differences were remarkable(P < 0.05).Conclusions The Clinic Pathway of teaching nursing in hospitals of Traditional Chinese Medicine not only can improve the theory,skill and comprehensive scores,but also can enhance the intern’s satisfaction and the quality of teaching.更多还原
