【摘要】 目的探讨抗生素相关性肠炎(AAC)的临床特点及防治要点。方法对医院2010年至2011年发生的67例AAC患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 AAC是严重的院内感染,经治疗67例均痊愈出院。结论合理使用抗生素是防治AAC的关键,应注意综合性治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical features of antibiotic- associated colitis( AAC) and the main points of prevention and treatment. M ethods The clinical data of 67 patients with AAC occurred in our hospital during 2010- 2011 were performed the retrospectivel analysis. Results AAC was a severely nosocomial infection. All 67 cases were cured by the comprehensive therapy.Conclusion Rational use of antibiotics is the key to prevent and treat AAC. ACC can be cured by the comprehensive therapy.更多还原
