【摘要】 目的探讨实施综合干预措施对医院围手术期抗菌药物使用的影响。方法统计医院某科2011年1月至7月(干预前)和2012年1月至7月(干预后)抗菌药物的使用情况,进行回顾性调查分析。结果干预前全部病例都使用抗菌药物,干预后有3例未使用抗菌药物,干预后克林霉素、头孢曲松钠和头孢呋辛钠使用例数明显增加,哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠使用明显减少,平均使用抗菌药物时间有所减少。结论通过综合干预措施使医院围手术期抗菌药物应用更趋合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of implementing the comprehensive intervention measures on perioperative antibacterial drugs use in our hospital.Methods The use situation of antibacterial drugs in a department of our hospital from January to July 2011(before intervention)and from January to July 2012(after intervention)were statistically investigated for conducting the retrospective analysis.Results All the cases used antibacterial drugs before the intervention.After the intervention,only 3 cases did not use antibacterial drugs,the cases using clindamycin,ceftriaxone sodium and cefuroxime sodium were significantly increased,while the cases using piperacillin sodium and sulbactam sodium were decreased significantly,the average use time of antibacterial drugs was reduced.Conclusion Perioperative antibacterial drugs use in our hospital tends to be more rational by implementing the comprehensive intervention measures.更多还原
