【摘要】 目的提高处方质量,保障医疗安全,建立适合医院药学部门的处方点评模式和方法。方法遵照《处方管理办法》《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》,药房药师注重处方的审核,参与处方点评;临床药师重在处方(医嘱单)点评及对药房药师点评的再评价;处方点评工作小组复查点评结果,向医院提出改进措施。结果三级处方点评模式和方法,能够提高药房药师的审方能力,保证处方点评的公正合理,确保处方点评制度的有效实施。结论三级处方点评模式有利于处方质量持续改进,提高临床合理用药水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To increase the prescription quality and ensure the medical safety for establishing the prescription comment pattern and method suitable for the hospital pharmacy department.Methods By conforming to the Prescription Management Method and the Hospital Prescription Comment Management Standardization(trial implementation),the pharmacy pharmacist paid great attention to the prescription verification,participated in the prescription comments;clinical pharmacist focused on the prescription(doctor′s order)comments and re-comments on the pharmacy pharmacist comments;the prescription comments work group reexamine the comments result and proposed the improvement measure to the hospital.Results This kind of prescription comments pattern and method could enhance the pharmacy pharmacist′s ability to examine prescription,guaranteed the fair and reasonable prescription comments,and ensured the effective implementation of the prescription comments system.Conclusion This prescription comments system is conducive to continuously improve the prescription quality and enhance the clinical rational medication level.更多还原
