【摘要】 目的研究固本祛风颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以黄芪甲苷含量、干膏得率为指标,考察水的用量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数3个因素对固本祛风颗粒提取效果的影响,优选提取工艺。结果最佳工艺条件为加8倍量水煎煮1 h,煎煮3次。结论该提取工艺合理可行,并能较好地保证制剂质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the optimal extraction technology for Gubenquefeng Granules.Methods By using the orthogonal experimental design with the astragaloside content and the dry extract yield as the indexes,the influence of 3 factors of water amount,decocting time and decocting times on the extraction effect of Gubenquefeng Granules was investigated for optmizing the extraction technology.Results The optimized extracting technological conditions were with 8 times amount of water decocting for 3 times.Conclusion This extraction technology is reasonable and feasible,and can well guarantee the quality of this preparation.更多还原
