【Abstract】 The modernization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has put forward a higher requirement of the standards research and the quality control of TCM.The quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker(QAMS)is a test method to detect a variety of ingredients through detecting one internal reference substance,and because of the economy and accuracy characteristics,QAMS has been promoted and applied widely.This article discusses the research progress on the theory and the application of QAMS in recent years,and provides reference for the quality control of TCM.更多还原
