【摘要】 目的分析鉴定虎杖吸收入血的移行成分。方法对照虎杖灌胃给药前后的高效液相色谱(HPLC)图谱和含药血清的HPLC图谱,结合化学对照品,鉴定识别中药虎杖吸收入血移行成分及来源。结果从大鼠含药血清中共检测出5个成分,3个为原形成分,2个为代谢产物。结论吸收入血的原型成分或者代谢产物可能是虎杖中直接作用的有效成分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and identify the migrating components absorbed into blood in Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidate.Methods By comparing the HPLC chromatograms before and after gastric lavage of Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidate and the HPLC chromatograms of serum containing drugs,combined with the HPLC chromatograms of control sample,the migrating components absorbed into blood in Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidate and their sources were identified.Results 5 components were detected in rat serum containing drugs,3 components were the prototype and 2 components were metabolic products.Conclusion The prototype components or metabolic products absorbed into blood may be the effective components with direct action in Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidate.更多还原
