【摘要】 目的促进医院术前预防性抗生素的合理使用。方法采用观察法和访谈法,对医院2012年1月至6月200例Ⅱ类切口手术患者用药中存在的问题进行分析。结果切皮前0.5～1 h给药者186例,正确执行率93.00%;14例抗生素医嘱执行受阻。结论有必要加强手术室护士对预防性应用抗生素的认知和相关药物知识的学习,制订有效的抗生素应用流程,并有效沟通合作,提高合理用药水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To promote rational pre-operative prophylactic antibiotics use.Methods The observation and interviewing meth-ods were adopted to analyze the existing problems in medication among 200 cases of type Ⅱ incision operation in our hospital form January to June 2012.Results 186 cases were given medication within 0.5-1 h before skin incision,the correct implementation rate was 93.00%;14 cases were blocked in the execution of antibiotics medical order.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the opera-tion room nurses′ cognition on prophylactic application of antibiotics and learning of related drug knowledge,formulate the effective an-tibiotic application process,implement effective communication and cooperation,and increase the level of rational drug use.更多还原
