【摘要】 目的了解医院门诊抗菌药物应用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法抽取2012年4月、7月、10月全部门诊处方29 318张,对抗菌药物的使用比例、使用种类、品种选择和使用频率等进行回顾性的调查分析,并结合临床诊断对抗菌药物的用法用量和联合用药情况进行综合评价。结果29 318张门诊处方中有5 361张使用了抗菌药物,使用率为18.29%;所用抗菌药物包括7大类36个品种;给药剂量和日给药次数符合要求比例分别为96.16%和99.10%;一联用药占87.13%,二联用药占12.20%,三联用药占0.67%。结论抗菌药物使用较为合理,但仍存在一些问题,需持续改进,以提高抗菌药物的临床合理用药水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the situation of antibacterial agents use in outpatient prescription of our hospital and to offer guides for rational drug use in clinical practice.Methods The whole 29 318 outpatient prescriptions from April,July and October in 2012 were extracted and performed the retrospective survey and statistical analysis on the proportion of antibacterial agents use,varieties,vari-ety choice and use frequency.The situation of usage and dosage of antibacterial agents and drug combination was conducted the com-prehensive evaluation and analysis in combination with the clinical diagnosis.Results Among 29 318 outpatient prescriptions,5 361 prescriptions used antibacterial agents,accounting for 18.29%,which included 7 categories 36 varieties;meeting the requirements in the dosage and usage of antibacterial agents accounted for 96.16% and 99.10% respectively;single drug use,two-drug use and three-drug use accounted for 87.13%,12.20% and 0.67% respectively.Conclusion Antibacterial agents use in the outpatient department of our hospital is relatively reasonable,but there are still some problems needing to be continuously improved for increasing the rational use level of antibacterial agents in clinic.更多还原
