【摘要】 目的观察头孢西丁钠治疗老年下呼吸道感染的疗效和安全性。方法按照计算机随机法将112例老年下呼吸道感染患者分为观察组和对照组,各56例。在常规对症治疗的基础上对照组采用左氧氟沙星注射液进行抗菌治疗,观察组采用头孢西丁钠治疗。比较两组患者治疗1,3,7 d后C反应蛋白水平,以及体温恢复正常时间、用药时间、平均治疗费用、药物不良反应发生率。结果治疗3,7 d后观察组患者C反应蛋白水平分别为(15.85±3.34)mg/L和(11.57±1.22)mg/L,对照组分别为(26.74±3.66)mg/L和(17.42±2.41)mg/L。观察组较对照组的体温恢复正常时间、抗菌药物应用时间明显缩短,治疗费用和不良反应发生率下降。结论头孢西丁钠治疗老年下呼吸道感染不良反应轻微可控,疗效良好,可作为常规用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application value and safety of cefoxitin sodium in the treatment of senile lower respiratory tract infection.Methods According to the computer random method will be 112 elderly cases of lower respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each 56 cases.The comparison group USES the levofloxacin for antimicrobial treatment,observation group the cefoxitin sodium treatment,compared between the two groups patients 1,3,7 d after C-reactive protein level,patients the body temperature to restore normal time,use time,average treatment costs,adverse drug reaction rate.Results Treatment 3,7 d observation after patients C-reactive protein level were(15.85±3.34)mg/L,(11.57±1.22)mg/L,and the control group were(26.74±3.66)mg/L,(17.42±2.41)mg/L.The observation group patients body temperature restored to normal time,antibiotics application time significantly shortened,the treatment cost and adverse reaction rate dropped with statistical difference.Conclusion Cefoxitin sodium for senile lower respiratory tract infection adverse reaction slight controllable,the treatment effect is good,and can be used for conventional medicine.更多还原
