【摘要】 目的研究结节性甲状腺肿患者住院期间的护理工作负荷。方法选择在某医院住院治疗并手术的结节性甲状腺肿患者66例,统计每位患者每日直接护理项目工作频次、操作时间以及间接护理工作时间。结果结节性甲状腺肿患者的直接护理工作时间为(295.38±64.74)分钟/病人,间接护理工作时间为45.51分钟/病人/24小时,每位患者的平均护理工作时间为(623.60±140.09)分钟。结论结节性甲状腺肿患者住院期间护理工作负荷以手术日最大,其后逐步递减;提示护理管理者在配备护理人力时应予以充分考虑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the nursing workload of nodular goiter patients who received surgical treatment during hospitalization.Methods Data of 66 patients was collected.The frequency and nursing work time of each direct nursing activity,as well as measuring one week’s indirect nursing time of the department of general surgery were analyzed.Results The average direct nursing time of nodular goiter patients is(295.38±64.74) minutes;the indirect nursing time of the department of general surgery is 45.51min/patient/day,and the average nursing time is(623.60 ±140.09) min/patient.Conclusion The heaviest nursing workload of the nodular goiter patients appears at surgery day,and as days passes it would decrease.So the nursing administrators should take those factors into account.更多还原
