【摘要】 目的观察吡拉西坦注射液对急性脑卒中患者进行辅助治疗的临床效果。方法选取嵊州市人民医院急性脑卒中患者36例,将其随机分为两组。对照组患者接受常规疗法,即脑细胞和营养神经细胞保护治疗以及脱水治疗等。治疗组患者在此基础上接受吡拉西坦注射液治疗。设置参照方法且限定参照条件后对患者的临床恢复状况进行比较性分析,观察且记录其效果。结果经过3周的治疗之后,治疗组基本痊愈7例,显著进步5例,进步3例,无效3例,无患者恶化,总有效率为83.33%,ADL评分为(73.72±13.33)分。对照组基本痊愈4例,显著进步4例,进步4例,无效3例,另有3例恶化,总有效率为66.67%,ADL评分为(65.63±4.48)分。两组总有效率和ADL评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经长期观察与严密对比,吡拉西坦注射液辅助治疗急性脑卒中能够取得很好的临床效果,可有效帮助患者恢复健康。此方法不仅可明显缩短住院时间,而且可以提高临床疗效,降低继发性并发症的发生率。故该疗法有很高的临床诊疗价值,适合推广施行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Piracetam Injection in treating acute cerebral apoplexy patients adjuvant. Methods 36 cases of acute cerebral patients in Shengzhou People’s Hospital were divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in the treatment group were given the treatment of Piracetam Injection based on traditional treatments.Patients in the control group were given the general treatments including dehydration treatment, protection of nutritious nerve cells and brain cells. The patient’s manifestations of recovery condition were compared and analyzed through the way of restricting reference conditions and setting contrast, the effects were observed and recorded. Results After three weeks of treatment, in treatment group, the number of basic heal was 7 cases, remarkable improvement was 5 cases, improvement was 3cases, no effect was 3 cases and no one was deteriorate, the total effective rate was 83.33%, and the score of ADL was(73.72±13.33) points. In the control group, the number of basic heal was 4 cases, remarkable improvement was 4 cases, improvement was 3 cases, no effect was 3 cases and 3 cases were deteriorate, the total effective rate was 66.67%, and the score of ADL was(65.63±4.48) points. Conclusion After long observation and rigorous comparing, the treatments of Piracetam Injection with traditional treatments have good effects for the recovery of acute cerebral accident patients, which can significantly shorten the length of stay, improve clinical effect, and reduce the mortality of secondary complication, and have important clinical meaning,which is worthy of promotion.更多还原
