【摘要】 目的探讨精神分裂症在利培酮治疗前后脑血流的变化及与精神症状的相关关系。方法 2012年1~9月在东风汽车公司茅箭医院住院患者86例在入组时进行阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)检查,在第2、4、8周末分别进行PANSS量表检查,在入组时及治疗结束时分别进行经颅超声多普勒(TCD)检查,副作用评定采用副反应量表(TESS)检查。结果精神分裂症患者大脑动脉血流参数大多表现为治疗前的高灌注状态,大脑前动脉、大脑中动脉血流参数在治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),而大脑后动脉、椎动脉、小脑后下动脉、基底动脉血流参数在治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。精神分裂症患者在治疗前后TCD脑血流参数与PANSS评分的阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理和总分均无明显相关性。无明显或严重的副作用。结论精神分裂症患者大脑前动脉、大脑中动脉血流参数在治疗前后大多差异有统计学意义,精神分裂症患者在治疗前后TCD脑血流参数与PANSS评分各分量表均无明显相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the changes of cerebral blood flow(CBF) in schizophrenias treated with Risperidone and correlations between CBF and psychiatric symptoms.Methods 86 in-patient schizophrenias in Maojian Hospital of Dongfeng Automobile Company from January 2012 to September 2012 were assessed with the positive and negative syndrome scales(PANSS) at the baseline and the end of 2nd,4th and 8th week.CBF was detected with transcranial Doppler ultrasonography before and after treatment.The adverse reactions were assessed with the treatment emergent symptom scales(TESS).Results The CBF was in hyperfusion state in schizophrenia patients before treatment.There were significant differences in anterior cerebral artery(ACA) and middle cerebral artery(MCA)(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) after treatment,while there were no significant differences in posterior cerebral artery(PCA),vertebral artery(VA),posterior inferior cerellar artery(PICA) and basilar artery(BA)(P > 0.05).There were no correlations between the CBF and the total scales as well as all the sub-scales of PANSS throughout the treatment.There were no severe adverse reactions.Conclusion There are significant changes on the parameters of ACA and MCA after treatment in schizophrenias.There are no correlations between the CBF and the scales of the PANSS in schizophrenia treated with Risperidone.更多还原
