新形势下高等中医院校实践教学多维指导体系的构建研究

【摘要】 在本科教育扩招的新背景下,生师比不断攀升,使教师承受空前的压力,学生得不到及时、有效的个性化指导。传统单一的实践教学指导模式已难以适应新形势的变化要求。高等中医药院校实践教学需要一个多方参与、机制灵活的多维指导体系架构支撑,以提高本科生实践创新能力,适应社会发展对人才的要求。本文在借鉴国内外先进经验的基础上,提出了构建由8大模式组成的高等中医药院校多维实践教学指导体系的新思路,以期通过整合、集成各类教学指导资源,进一步改进并完善现有的实践教学指导体系。

【Abstract】 In the current trend of enrollment expansion of undergraduate schools,student-teacher ratio is increasingly rising and teachers are under unprecedented pressure.Moreover,students cannot receive timely,effectively,and per sonalized guidance.Traditional and single practice teaching mode is difficult to adapt to the changing demands of the new situation.Therefore,practice teaching in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine requires a multistakeholder,flexible,and multidimensional mechanism for guidance and support.In this way,undergraduates’ innovative ability can be improved,and requirements for professionals of Higher Institutions of Chinese medicine can be met in the so cial development.On the basis of both domestic and foreign advanced experience,this paper puts forward a new idea of constructing multidimensional practice teaching guidance system in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine.The guidance system,which consists of eight patterns,can improve and perfect the existing practice teaching guidance system by combining and integrating various teaching resources.
