【摘要】 目的分析肺炎支原体(MP)肺炎(MPP)患儿血清中辅助性T细胞亚群表达细胞因子的变化及临床意义。方法选择江门市人民医院2012年1月～2013年1月收治的小儿MPP病例38例(MPP组),另选择非MP患儿28例为非MP组,健康体检儿童30例为对照组。采用ELISA法检测患儿血清中不同辅助性T细胞亚群相关的细胞因子(INF-γ、IL-4及IL-17)水平,并与对照组进行对比分析。结果经ELISA法检测MPP组患儿血清INF-γ为(60.93±17.88)ng/L,IL-4为(67.67±14.69)ng/L、IL-17为(72.64±33.80)ng/L,与对照组和非MP组比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);MPP组IL-4/IFN-γ比值为1.21±0.55,与对照组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 MP肺炎患儿血清中辅助性T细胞亚群以及细胞因子均存在一定程度的异常,临床上检查该类患者辅助性T细胞亚群以及细胞因子的表达情况有助于检测患儿病情进展以及治的效果,有效改善患儿预后,具有十分重要的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the Clinical significance and the changes of helper T cell subsets and cytokines in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods 38 cases of MPP children in People’s Hospital of Jiangmen City from January 2012 to January 2013 were chose as MPP group,28 cases of non-MPP children were chosen as non-MP group and 30 cases of health children were selected as control group.The levels of cytokines(INF-γ,IL-4 and IL-17) of helper T cell subsets in the serum were measured by ELISA,and were compared with control group.Results Serum INF-γ in MPP group was(60.93±17.88) ng/L,IL-4 was(67.67±14.69) ng/L,IL-17 was(72.64±33.80) ng/L,the differences were statistically significant contrasted with the control group and non-MP group(P < 0.01);the IL-4/IFN-γ ratio of MPP group was 1.21±0.55,the differences were statistically significant compared with the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion The expression of T helper cell subsets and cytokine are abnormal in children with MP infection,and the detection of helper T cell subsets and cytokine contribute to assess the progress of patient’s condi tion and the treatment effects,which can effectively improve the prognosis in children and has important clinical value.更多还原
