【摘要】 目前溃疡性结肠炎的病因和发病机制都未明确,西医对本病的治疗主要采用氨基水杨酸制剂、糖皮质激素以及免疫抑制剂等,疗效及预后不是十分的理想,且存在不同程度的副作用,而青黛散灌肠在治疗本病方面有一定优势:药物直达病所、起效快、有效率高且能达到局部与整体综合治疗,临床疗效显著。本文就青黛散治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究做一简要综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Etiology and pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis are not clear so far.Amino salicylic acid preparation,gluco corticoid and immunosuppressants are always used for its western medicine treatment,but the curative effects and prognosis are not ideal and there are different degrees of side effects.Qingdaisan enema therapy has some advantages in the treatment of ulcerative colitis: drugs directly to focus,rapid onset,high effective rate and achieving comprehen sive treatment both locally and overall.In this essay,clinical studies of Qingdaisan for ulcerative colitis are briefly re viewed.更多还原
