【摘要】 目的了解北京市大兴区人民医院(以下简称"我院")中药注射剂不良反应(ADR)发生情况,为临床安全合理使用中药注射剂提供参考依据。方法对我院2009年1月～2011年12月上报的180例中药注射剂ADR病例报告进行分析。结果中药注射剂ADR发生率为46.8%,其中男女比例为1.57∶1,男性多于女性,年龄分布为4～88岁,60岁以上年龄段占46.54%,中老年患者ADR发生率相对较高,临床表现涉及消化系统、血液系统、循环系统等,以全身性过敏反应最为多见。结论严格掌握适应证和说明书,规范中药注射剂的使用,避免ADR的发生,促进临床合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To realize the adverse drug reactions of TCM injections in Daxing District People’s Hospital of Beijing City("our hospital" for short) and provide reference for rational use of TCM injections in the clinic.Methods By retrospective analysis,drug case of TCM injection-induced 180 ADR reports in our hospital were analyzed from January 2009 to December 2011.Results The occurrence rate of ADR was 46.8%,the male-female ratio was 1.57:1,the age distribution was between 4-88,the percent of sixty years old was 46.54%,the occurrence rate of ADR more likely occurred in elderly patients,the clinical manifestations of ADR related to the digestive system,circulatory sys tem,blood system and so on.Among which the most common was systemic allergic reaction.Conclusion Clinical unit should apply the drug safely,rationally and strictly according to indications and instructions,correct use of TCM injec tions should be standardized to reduce the occurrence of ADR and promote rational drug use in the clinic.更多还原
