【摘要】 目的探讨石杉碱甲对酒依赖合并认知功能障碍患者疗效的影响。方法将存在认知功能障碍的60例酒依赖患者随机分为研究组(30例)及对照组(30例),对照组给常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上给予石杉碱甲200μg/d,疗程8周。治疗前后采用韦氏成人智力量表(WAIS-RC)及韦氏记忆测验量表(WPS-R)评定认知功能障碍状况、治疗依从性、生存质量及不良反应。结果石杉碱甲治疗8周,研究组WAIS-RC及WPS-R评分、治疗依从性、生存质量的生理、心理、社会、环境各领域评分与对照组比较均明显升高(87.92比80.03,P<0.05;80.28分比71.48分,P<0.01;55.17%比27.59%,P<0.05;14.18分比12.69分,P<0.05;13.78分比12.31分,P<0.05;14.66分比13.31分,P<0.05;14.21分比12.48分,P<0.01)。两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论石杉碱甲治疗酒依赖合并认知功能障碍疗效肯定、安全有效,并能提高生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence on efficacy of Huperzine A treating cognitive impairment in patients with alcohol dependence.Methods A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into control group(30 cases) and study group(30 cases) for treatment 8 weeks.In the control group only conventional drugs were used,while in the study group 200 μg/d of Huperzine A was given besides the routine treatment.The efficacy and side effects were assessd using WAIS-RC,WPS-R,the treating dependence and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS) before and af ter treatment week 8.Results Compare with the control group,the scores of WAIS-RC,WPS-R and the treating de pendence were heightened significantly(87.92 scores vs 80.03 scores,P < 0.05;80.28 scores vs 71.48 scores,P < 0.01;55.17% vs 27.59%,P < 0.05;14.18 scores vs 12.69 scores,P < 0.05;13.78 scores vs 12.31 scores,P < 0.05;14.66 scores vs 13.31 scores,P < 0.05;14.21 scores vs 12.48 scores,P < 0.01) in the study group.No severe side-effects occurred.Conclusion Huperzine A is effective and safe in the treatment of cognitive impairment in patients with Alcohol dependence,and improve their quality of life.更多还原
