【摘要】 目的研究复方炉锌硼散的制备、质量控制及临床疗效观察。方法制定复方炉锌硼散的制备方法,采用薄层色谱法对处方中活性较强的黄连和冰片两种成分作定性鉴别,并选2011年2月～2011年8月新生儿脐炎患者60例,男女各30例,随机分对照组和观察组各30例,作临床观察,采用SPSS 13.0统计学软件进行统计学分析,观察结果差异是否具有统计学意义。结果复方炉锌硼散质量稳定,采用薄层鉴别复方炉锌硼散中黄连、冰片两成分,色谱斑点清晰,附近无杂质斑点干扰,专属性强,方法简便、快速,结果准确。临床疗效结果显示,复方炉锌硼散(观察组)治疗新生儿脐炎总有效率为96.67%,氧化锌软膏(对照组)治疗新生儿脐炎总有效率为73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.71,P<0.05)。结论复方炉锌硼散设计合理,稳定性好,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study Compound Calamine and Zinc Oxide and Boric Acid Powder,quality control and clinical observation.Methods Compound Calamine and Zinc Oxide and Boric Acid Powder of preparation method were made,thin-layer chromatography on strong prescription activity of two components of rhizoma coptidis and Borneol were used for qualitative identification,and 60 cases of neonatal omphalitis patients in February 2011 to August 2011 were selected,male were 30 cases,female were 30 cases,and they were randomly divided into control group of 30 cases and observation group of 30 cases for clinical observation.SPSS 13.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis,differences statistically significant was observed.Results Compound Calamine and Zinc Oxide and Boric Acid Powder quality was stable,reliable,exact clinical curative effect of Compound Calamine and Zinc Oxide and Boric Acid Powder(observation group) in treatment of neonatal omphalitis was 96.67%;Zinc Oxide Ointment(control group) in treatment of neonatal omphalitis was 73.33%,two groups had significant difference(χ2= 13.71,P < 0.05).Conclusion Compound Calamine and Zinc and Oxide and Boric Acid Powder has reasonable design,good stability,which is worth of the clinical promotion.更多还原
