【摘要】 目的探讨潮气呼吸肺功能测定在婴幼儿哮喘中的临床应用价值。方法将广东省罗定市人民医院32例哮喘患儿分别于哮喘急性期(急性组15例)和缓解期(缓解组17例)做潮气呼吸肺功能测定,与同期健康婴幼儿(健康对照组13例)进行对照比较,并比较各组的肺功能指标的变化。结果急性组的每千克体重潮气重量(VT/kg)、达峰时间比(TPTEF/TE)、达峰容积比(VPEF/VE)、呼吸比(Ti/Te)、潮气量时呼气流速25%/50%(TEF25%、TEF50%)均比健康对照组低,呼吸频率(Rr)升高(P<0.05);与健康对照组比较,缓解组的TPTEF/TE、VPEF/VE、TEF25%、TEF50%有所改变,但仍然处于低水平(P<0.05);缓解组的VT/kg、TPTEF/TE、VPEF/VE、Ti/Te、TEF25%、TEF50%均较急性组的升高(P<0.05)。结论潮气呼吸肺功能测定能够准确地反映出哮喘患儿的病情严重程度,可用于诊断呼吸系统疾病,值得临床广泛推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of the tidal breathing lung function tests in infants with asthma.Methods 32 children with asthma were done the tidal breathing lung function test when they were in acute phase of asthma(acute group,15 cases) and remission(remission group,17 cases),in the same period chose healthy infants for control group(healthy control group,n=13),and compared the changes of lung function indicators for each group.Results The per kilogram body weight moisture weight(VT/kg),time to peak ratio(TPTEF/TE),peak volume ratio(VPEF/ VE),breathing than(Ti/Te),tidal volume expiratory flow(TEF25% and TEF50%) in the acute group was lower than the control group,and the Rr was increased(P < 0.05);compared with the control group,the TPTEF/TE,VPEF/VE,TEF25%,TEF50% in the remission group had changed,but still at a low level(P < 0.05);the VT/kg,TPTEF/TE,VPEF/VE,Ti/Te,TEF25,TEF50% in the remission group was elevated,when compared with the acute group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The tidal breathing lung function test can accurately reflect the severity of asthma in children can be used for the diagnosis of respiratory diseases,deserves widespread clinical application.更多还原
