【摘要】 目的探讨前臂骨间背侧动脉主要皮穿支为血管蒂的逆行岛状皮瓣在治疗手部皮肤缺损的疗效。方法选择深圳市南山人民医院2011年1月～2012年6收治的手部外伤患者46例,观察组25例采用前臂骨间背侧动脉主要皮穿支逆行岛状皮瓣进行治疗,对照组21例采用掌背链型皮瓣修复手部皮肤缺损,术后定期随访,对两组患者的皮瓣恢复情况进行比较。结果所有患者伤口均一期愈合,皮瓣全部成活。术后3、6个月观察组和对照组皮瓣评分进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3、6个月观察组和对照组优良率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用前臂骨间背侧动脉主要皮穿支逆行岛状皮瓣和掌背链型皮瓣修复手部皮肤缺损具有相同的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect by the main perforator reverse island flaps of forearm interosseous dorsal artery and chain flap in the hand skin soft tissue defect.Methods 46 patients with hand skin defect from January 2011 to June 2012 in Nanshan People’s Hospital of Shenzhen City were studied,25 patients with the main re verse island flaps of Forearm interosseous dorsal artery were chosen as observation group,21 patients with dorsal metacarpal flap chain type were chosen as control group;all the patients were followed-up and flap recovering situa tion of two groups were compared.Results Primary healing were found in all the patients’ wound,the kin flap were all survived.the difference of flap score in the two groups 3,6 months after the operation were not statistically significant(P > 0.05);the excellent rate in the two groups 3,6 months after the operation were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion Main reverse island flaps of forearm interosseous dorsal artery and dorsal metacarpal flap chain type have the same effect in the hand skin soft tissue defect.更多还原
