【摘要】 目的血沉、HLA-B27基因、C反应蛋白测定对强直性脊柱炎的诊断价值。方法采用Westergren法、免疫浊度分析法及流式细胞分析,分别检测AS患者(60例)健康体检者(30例)的血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(C-re-active protein,CRP)、HLA-B27,并进行统计学分析。结果 AS组疾病活动情况、ESR、CRP水平、HLA-B27阳性率及X线片改变率均高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。ESR、CRP水平与AS的发生密切相关(P=0.008,P=0.009)。结论 ESR、CRP水平变化与AS病情活动有关,可以作为监控病情的反应指标;检测HLA-B27阳性并不能作为AS的确诊指标;降低强直性脊柱炎的炎性反应,可能有助于改善AS患者病情。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ESR,HLA-B27 genes,CRP for AS.Methods The Westergren method,immune turbidity analysis and flow cytometry analysis were used to detect the ESR,CRP level and HLA-B27 in AS patients(n = 60) and the healthy check-up(n =30),respectively,and the statistical analysis were done.Results AS group of disease activity,ESR,CRP levels,the positive rate of HLA-B27 and changes of X ray were high er than those in the control group with significant difference(P < 0.01).The ESR and CRP levels were closely related with the incidence of AS(P = 0.008,P = 0.008).Conclusion Changes of ESR and CRP levels associates with AS disease activity,and can be used as a monitoring condition of reaction indicator;detecting the positive rate of HLA-B27 can not be the diagnosis index;reducing the inflammation of ankylosing spondylitis may help to improve AS patients’ condition.更多还原
