【摘要】 目的分析新森田疗法在住院精神分裂症患者的临床应用并分析其临床治疗效果。方法选择2010年1月~2012年1月在西安市精神卫生中心住院的精神分裂症患者112例,随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组在药物治疗的基础上采用内观疗法,观察组在药物治疗基础上采用新森田疗法,两组患者治疗后进行生活满意度量表、社会支持评定量表、临床疗效总评量表评分。结果观察组采用新森田疗法后热情与冷漠、决心与不屈服、自我评价、心境等评分较治疗前均有显著升高(P<0.05),对照组采用内观疗法后决心与不屈服项较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后自我评价、心境评分较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。观察组采用新森田疗法后客观支持分、主观支持分评分较治疗前均有显著升高(P<0.05),对照组采用内观疗法后客观支持分较治疗前出现显著升高(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后客观支持分、主观支持分评分较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。观察组采用新森田疗法后临床疗效总评量表评分较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后临床疗效总评量表评分较对照组显著下降(P<0.05)。结论在药物治疗的基础上采用新森田疗法可显著改善住院精神分裂症患者生活满意度并增加患者的社会支持度,较内观疗法优势明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the clinical efficacy of new Morita therapy in hospitalized patients with schizophrenia.Methods 112 cases of schizophrenia patients in mental health center of Xi’an City from January 2010 to January 2012,were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group on the basis of the medication accepted Vipassana therapy,the observation group accepted Morita therapy treatment,and life satisfaction scale,social support rating scale,the clinical global impression score of the two groups of patients were analysed.Results Determination not to yield of the more passion and apathy after the results of the observation group accepted new Morita therapy determination not to surrender,self-evaluation,mood ratings than before treatment had statistically significant increase(P < 0.05),Vipassana therapy treatment appears had a significant increase in determination not to yield of the more passion(P < 0.05).The observation group after treatment,self-evaluation,and mood ratings compared with the control group had a significant increase(P < 0.05).Objectively support score of the sub-the observation group using the new Morita therapy had statistically significant increase(P < 0.05),while the Vipassana therapy objective support points had a significant increase than before treatment(P < 0.05).After treatment,objective support,subjective support points score had a significant increase than the control group(P < 0.05).Global impression score of the observation group accepted new Morita therapy clinical had a statistically significant decrease than before treatment(P < 0.05).After treatment,the clinical global impression scale score compared with the control group had a significant decrease(P < 0.05).Conclusion On the basis of drug treatment the new Morita therapy can significantly improve schizophrenic patients life satisfaction and increase the degree of social support in patients with obvious advantages compared Vipassana therapy.更多还原
