【摘要】 目的探讨黛力新(氟哌噻吨美利曲辛)合并常规治疗伴心理因素的幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性消化性溃疡的疗效和安全性。方法对经胃镜及14C呼气试验证实为Hp阳性的消化性溃疡患者进行焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)测评,将测评存在轻中度焦虑/抑郁症状的164例患者随机分为对照组、黛力新组,对照组按个体化原则应用常规根除幽门菌及制酸护胃药物,黛力新组在对照组治疗的基础上加用抗抑郁药黛力新(1片/d),疗程均为8周。入组前及治疗第8周末对两组患者均进行胃镜检查、SAS及SDS测评、消化道症状评分,并于用药第4、8周末行副反应量表(TESS)评定。结果黛力新组溃疡治愈率为90.2%,对照组溃疡治愈率为70.7%,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);黛力新组治疗后SAS、SDS、消化道症状评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01);治疗过程未见严重不良反应。结论心理因素是导致消化性溃疡发病的重要因素,合并黛力新治疗伴心理因素的Hp阳性消化性溃疡疗效显著,使用黛力新治疗是安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects and safety of Deanxit combined with traditional treatment on peptic ulcer patients with psychological factors and helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection.Methods Patients with peptic ulcer and HP infection were diagnosed by endoscope and 14C-urea breath test.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating de pression scale(SDS) were used to evaluate all of them.164 cases of peptic ulcer with Hp infection accompanied mild or moderate anxiety or depression were divided into control group and Deanxit group.The control group was given tra ditional treatment and the Deanxit group was given traditional treatment plus Deanxit for 8 weeks.The gastroscopy,SAS scores,SDS scores and symptom scores before and after 8 weeks treatment were compared.Treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS) was also evaluated in 4th and 8th week.Results Compared with control group(70.7%),Deanxit group had a significantly higher cure rate of peptic ulcer(90.2%).SAS,SDS and symptom scores in Deanxit group af ter treatment of 8 weeks were lower than before treatment(P < 0.01).No obvious adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion Psychological disorder is an important risk factor for peptic ulcer.It is effective and safe to use Deanxit combined with traditional treatment on the peptic ulcer patients with psychological factors and Hp infection.更多还原
