【摘要】 目的探讨以秩边、次髎为主穴,留针拔罐法治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法选取我院144例腰椎管狭窄症患者并将其随机分为两组,治疗组72例,采用针刺加拔罐治疗;对照组72例,采用氨糖美辛肠溶片口服治疗。治疗3个疗程后评价疗效。结果两组患者治疗后改良JOA评分比较,差异有高度统计学意义(t=6.264,P<0.01)。治疗结束1个月后,两组随访改良JOA评分比较,差异有高度统计学意义(t=5.003,P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率为91.30%,对照组总有效率为69.70%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论以秩边、次髎为主穴,留针拔罐法治疗腰椎管狭窄症,能有效改善患者的临床症状和体征,并且疗效优于口服氨糖美辛肠溶片,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy on acupuncture plus cupping with retaining of needle in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis,with Zhibian,Ciliao as the main points.Methods 144 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis disease were randomly divided into two groups.72 cases of patients in the treatment group who received acupuncture and cutemtherapy;72 patients in the control group were given the Glucosamine Indometacin Entericcoated Tablets orally.The clinical efficacies after 3 courses of treatment of two groups were evaluated.Results There was significant difference on the JOA scores between two groups after treatment(t = 6.264,P < 0.01).There was significant difference on the JOA scores of follow up between two groups after one mouth treatment(t = 5.003,P < 0.01). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.30%,while the control group was 69.70%,the curative effects of treatment group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture and cutemtherapy,with Zhibian and Ciliao as the main points for lumbar spinal stenosis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs,and the effects are better than take glucosamine indometacin enteric-coated tablets orally,worth clinical application.更多还原
