【摘要】 目的观察SLIPA喉罩应用于全麻腹腔镜手术的有效性和安全性。方法选择北京市顺义区医院2010年9月～2012年5月择期腹腔镜手术患者80例,包括腹腔镜胆囊切除术和妇科腹腔镜手术,随机均分为SLIPA喉罩组(S组)和气管插管组(T组)。比较两组置罩(管)前后(T1、T2)和拔罩(管)前后(T3、T4)平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)变化,观察拔罩(管)时并发症情况。结果 T2～T4时S组MAP明显低于T组(P<0.05)、T2～T4时S组HR慢于T组(P<0.05)。躁动、呛咳、咽痛的发生率S组明显少于T组(P<0.05)。结论 SLIPA喉罩麻醉过程中血流动力学稳定,操作简便,并发症少,可安全用于腹腔镜手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of the use of the Streamlined Liner of the Pharynx Airway(SLIPA) in patients undergoing general anesthesia laparoscopic surgery.Methods Eighty cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery,including laparoscopic cholecystectomy and gynecological laparoscopic surgery,were randomly divided into SLIPA group(group S) and endotracheal intubation group(group T).The change of MAP and HR between the two groups were compared during before and after intubation(T1,T2) and before and after extubation(T3,T4),extubation complications situation were observed.Results In group S,MAP and HR at T2-T4 were significantly lower than those at the same time points in group T(P < 0.05).Compared with group T,the incidences of body movement,coughing and sore throat in group S were obviously lower(P < 0.05).Conclusion There are lots of advantages in the application of SLIPA such as hemodynamic stability,easy operation,less complications,and safe for laparoscopic surgery.更多还原
