【摘要】 目的观察不同剂量盐酸氨溴索对肺部手术患者肺部并发症的影响。方法选择68例肺部手术患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组34例,观察组给予大剂量盐酸氨溴索150 mg,静脉滴注,3次/d;对照组给予常规剂量盐酸氨溴索30 mg,静脉滴注,2次/d。疗程均为7 d。观察两组患者咳痰难易程度、痰液性状、痰量及肺部感染、肺不张等并发症发生率。结果观察组患者咳嗽难易程度、痰液性状及痰量方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者术后肺部感染及肺不张发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺部手术患者术后应用大剂量盐酸氨溴索能降低痰液黏稠度,促进痰液排出,对预防肺部术后并发症的发生具有确切作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the prevention of lung complications in patients undergoing lung surgery.Methods 68 patients who underwent lung surgery were randomly divided into the observation group(34 cases) and the control group(34 cases),the observation group were given a large dose of Ambroxol Hydrochloride,150 mg,intravenous infusion,three times a day;the control group were given conventional dose,30 mg intravenous infusion,twice a day,the course of treatment was 7 d.Difficulty level cough,sputum traits and volume and lung infections of the two groups were observed.Results The difficulty level cough,sputum traits and volume in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);the rate of pulmonary infection and pulmonary atelectasis rate were lower than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion High dose of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in patients undergoing lung surgery can reduce the sputum viscosity,promote mucus discharge,and play an important role in prevention of the lungs postoperative complications.更多还原
