【摘要】 国外新近兴起的道德心理物理学研究表明,在具体的情境中,诸如明暗、冷热、洁脏、大小、左右、甜苦、远近、强弱等物理变量的改变可以使人的道德判断和道德行为发生明显的变化。基于上述的研究成果,新时期在以规范性道德理论为指导的对医务人员进行传统医德教育的同时,应加强对医务人员进行诸如情境可以影响道德行为的描述性道德知识的教育,在文化和制度上努力营造一种有助于医务人员表现出良好医德行为的医疗环境和氛围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Research in psychophysics of morality recently abroad reveals that changes in physical variables such as dark and bright,hot and cold,clean and dirty,big and small,left and right,sweet and bitter,far and near,strong and weak can induce noticeable changes in one’s moral judgment and behavior in specific situations.Based on the above research results,this reveals to us while we conduct the traditional medical ethics education of the medical staff guided by normative moral theories we should strengthen the education on the descriptive ethics knowledge of the medical staff.We should strive to create a medical environment and atmosphere which can help medical staff show good medical ethics behavior in cultural and institutional reform for the new period.更多还原
