【摘要】 为了解社区居民对公共卫生服务的需求及利用情况,对乌鲁木齐市211户家庭共计570人进行了问卷调查,结果显示,居民对国家基本公共卫生服务的知晓率和利用率偏低;居民认为有必要开展传染病及突发公共卫生事件管理、65岁以上老年人管理和慢性病管理;居民对社区公共卫生服务,不满意的原因主要是服务内容不能满足要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand the demand and utilization of urban residents for public health services,this paper did research on five hundred and seventy persons from two hundred and eleven families in Urumqi through random sampling with the questionnaire.The results show that awareness and utilization rate of urban residents with basic public health services are lower.They believe it is necessary of infectious diseases and emergencies events report management,over 65-year-old ages management and chronic disease management.The influence factors of satisfaction are service content and quality.更多还原
