【摘要】 目的探讨奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮在治疗哮喘合并胃食管反流病中的临床价值。方法将64例武汉市商业职工医院在2012年3月至2013年4月收治的支气管哮喘合并胃食管反流患者按不同治疗方法分为试验组和对照组各32例,两组患者在相同平喘剂治疗基础上,试验组加服奥美拉唑(20 mg,口服,每日2次)+多潘立酮(10 mg,口服,每日3次)治疗,对照组加服猴头健胃灵(每次4粒,口服,每日3次),治疗8周后比较两组患者疗效。结果试验组患者哮喘改善总有效率(90.6%)显著高于对照组(71.9%)(P<0.05);经治疗8周后,试验组GERD症状评分显著低于对照组[(1.2±0.6)vs(2.2±1.0)](P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮可显著改善支气管哮喘合并胃食管反流患者的临床症状,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical value of omeprazole combined with domperidone on asthma with gastroesophageal reflux. Methods During Mar. 2012 and Apr. 2013,64 cases of asthma with gastroesophageal reflux patients admitted to Wuhan Commercial Staff Hospital were divided into trial group and control group randomly,both groups were treated with relieving asthma agents,meanwhile,the trial group was treated with omeprazole( 20mg,oral,bid) combined with domperidone( 10mg,oral,tid),while the control group was treated with Hou-tou-jian-wei-ling( 4 grain/time,oral,tid),the clinical effect of the two groups after 8 weeks were compared. Results The total effective rate of trial group( 90. 6%) was obviously higher than control group( 71. 9%)( P < 0. 05); the GERD symptom score of trial group was obviously lower than control group[( 1. 2 ± 0. 6) vs( 2. 2 ± 1. 0) ]( P < 0. 01).
