成纤维细胞生长因子21与2型糖尿病关系的研究进展
Research Progress in Relationship between Fibroblast Growth Factor 21 and Type 2 Diabetes
【摘要】 成纤维细胞生长因子21(FGF-21)是近年来新发现的细胞因子之一,内源性FGF-21基因表达水平受过氧化物酶体增生物激活受体(PPAR)α与PPAR-γ的影响。它没有诱导扩散或促进有丝分裂的功能,但有改善胰岛素抵抗、保护胰岛β细胞的存活、改善脂蛋白图谱等生理作用,是改善代谢综合征的独立相关因素,与心血管疾病密切相关。FGF-21可通过酶联免疫吸附测定法检测。在2型糖尿病患者中其水平显著增高,可能是机体的代偿反应,也可能是机体存在FGF-21抵抗。FGF-21被看作是2型糖尿病的一种保护因子,有可能成为新型降糖药物。
【Abstract】 Fibroblast growth factor( FGF-21) is one of the latest discovered cytokines in recent years.The endogenous FGF-21 gene expression level is influenced by PPAR-α and PPAR-γ.It does not function to induce proliferation and promote mitosis.It plays the role of improving insulin resistance,protecting the survival of pancreatic β-cells,improving lipoprotein patterns and so on.It is independently associated with improved metabolic syndrome and closely associated with cardiovascular disease.FGF-21 can be detected by ELISA.Its content is significantly higher in patients with type 2 diabetes,which may be the body’s compensatory response or the resistance of FGF-21.FGF-21 is regarded as a protective factor for type 2 diabetes mellitus which may become a new hypoglycemic agent.
