【Abstract】 NR4A1(nuclear receptor subfamily 4,group A,member 1) is a member of the nuclear receptor superfamily,which expresses in many kinds of cells,with extensive functions.It not only participates in regulation of cell cycle,but is also correlated to neurogenic disease,generation of steroid hormones,tumor,formation of atherosclerosis,and regulation of energy.In recent years,close attention to the relationship between NR4A1 and energy metabolism has been paid,and it’s discovered that it has an important effect in regulation of energy balance,and a close relationship with type 2 diabetes mellitus.更多还原
