【摘要】 甲状腺疾病患者往往伴有不同程度的骨代谢问题。而在不同的甲状腺疾病中,发生骨质疏松的机制是不同的。过量的甲状腺激素可影响正常的骨代谢,导致骨量的丢失。而甲状腺功能减低时骨吸收的速度是减慢的,总体的代谢水平均处于较低状态。甲状腺激素缺乏会导致骨代谢异常与紊乱,对此的深入研究可为内分泌性骨质疏松疾病提供新的防治思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thyroid diseases are often accompanied by varied degrees of bone metabolism problems. And in different thyroid disorders,osteoporosis mechanism is different. Excess of thyroid hormones can affect the normal bone metabolism,which can lead to the loss of bone mass. While hypothyroidism bone resorption rate is slow,the overall metabolic level is in lower state. Thyroid hormone deficiency leads to abnormal bone metabolism and disorders,and the intensive research may provide new ideas for prevention and treatment of endocrine osteoporosis.更多还原
